Job Title: Wintel System Support, Perm (CBD)

Our Client is a 100% subsidiary company of a Japanese information and Communications Company. They are one-stop service provider of all communication services . Their Singapore office is the regional HQ, providing comprehensive global and local communication services to companies developing their businesses in the region including Singapore, by tailoring services according to the characteristics of each region.

:
- Provide high level operational support on Windows base infrastructure.- Ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of Windows based infrastructure based on business requirements- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS related incidents and problems according to customer processes- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for OS related service problems as part of problem management- Liaise with support vendors for maintenance, support or issues resolution- Support Windows Server based systems, system software.- Provide technical support during disaster- Manage/implementation for the server OS patching- Manage and monitor systems using monitoring software- Manage Windows Active Directory and support all Windows core services related role e.g.: DHCP, DNS, File&Print, Certificate, SEP/Antivirus, SFTP, FTP, AD server role.- This position may require working outside normal business hours as and when needed.- Work on government projects.- Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- ITE or Diploma holder- 1 year experience in similar capacity. Junior are welcome to apply.- Possess some network, servers and storage knowledge- Good to have certifications in Microsoft- Debugging and problem analysis skills

Compensation:
- Working hour: 8:30AM - 5:30PM- Variable Bonus (Dec and Jun)- Annual Leave: 12 days (add 1 day/year up to max 22 days)- Insurance: Group hospitalization and surgical with outpatient/dental benefits (current policy covers $2000 /$500 per year respectively), and personal accident insurance coverage- Annual Health Screening - Company Mobile Phone provided for Sales / Engineer staff
