Responsible for completing the detailed design of the hardware circuit, and responsible for key indicators such as PCB design, link matching, isolation analysis, SI/PI, etc. 3. Responsible for the debugging, unit testing and reliability testing of single-board hardware 4. Responsible for the design of the access network and backhaul network architecture, and connect equipment manufacturers to optimize equipment selection. (job requirements) 1. Professional background in communication and telecommunications, 4 years or above working experience 2. Have relevant project experience in hardware or RF circuit development and debugging, have experience in circuit development and debugging such as clock, power supply, small system, or have experience in design and debugging of RF small-signal amplifier, filter, mixer and other circuits 3. RF engineers need to have a professional background in electromagnetic fields and microwaves 4. Experience in the design and development of antenna arrays and feeder networks is also acceptable 5. Development experience in mobile communication access network or backhaul network is preferred.
