This is a 6 months contract assigned to our client
Work Location: City Hall Salary Range : $2,300-$2,600
1. Logging/resolving User Queries. 2. User administration for the project with regards to client and consultants IDs in the DEV and QA environment. 3. Backup to PMO tasks. 4. Audit and Operation report preparation. 5. IR/SR/CR administration and alerting. 6. Basic administration of the ServiceNow tool, including ticket assignment, creating new users etc.
