• Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for Workday HCM Lead

The Opportunity

• Focus: Assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information for Workday Project
• Office location: Singapore (Central)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hour)
• This role is starting off as contract position

The Talent

• Existing and up to date Workday Partner Certification (Good to have)
• Minimum of 3 cycles of Workday Recruiting module implementation
• Experience in leading Workday implementation for more than 2 Functional modules
• Workday certification in Recruiting module
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent

The JobAs a Workday HCM Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.

• Lead or support the Recruiting workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Recruiting.
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Manage small on and off-shore functional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday Recruiting solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
