Job Description

The Role

The role has accountabilities working within IHH Healthcare Singapore, CRES to ensure that all aspects of the Real Estate and Workplace (REW) function are well managed and well operated so as to provide a safe and productive work environment for stakeholders and staff. We envision the individual to:

1. Support the Community Manager/Assistant Managerto manage the Corporate Office as a conducive environment for activity-based working.
2. Manage the reception, conduct site tours and provide assistance to with any queries on the workplace facilities.
3. Assists in the operational and administrative aspects of the workplace, tracking the supplies inventory and expenses of the workplace.
4. Host regular social events to create a sense of community among colleagues.
5. Solicit feedback and work on improvement initiatives for workplace environment.
6. Be the pinnacle of customer service excellence, to go above and beyond to take action and create experiences, and to create consistent and sustainable value for our stakeholders and end-users.
7. Clearly understand our organisation's objectives and values, and aligning them to the way we work to ensure that our delivery is customer-centric.
8. Support other assignments from the Workplace Community Team

Key accountabilities

a. Provide a welcoming experience which assimilates and induct all stakeholders to the workplace. To provide concierge and technology introduction services to users.
b. Build relationships and provide personalized experiences to stakeholders. Engage colleagues to embrace the ABW concept.
c. Obtain user feedback and propose service improvements for the workplace
d. Screening of visitors to ensure for legitimacy of visit and provide directions
e. Assist in Food and Beverage offering such as stock up of pantry and/or supplies if required.
f. Administrate the space utilization and booking system
g. Assist in the setup of workspace for meetings, or conversion to town hall and/or events
h. Provide support of video conferencing technology
i. Recommend and contribute ideas for social events to foster intermingling and cohesiveness of colleagues
j. Carry out inventory checks for workplace supplies such as stationery, printing supplies and other consumables and raise the required procedures for approval to procure
k. Ensure the workplace is kept clean and sanitized
l. Assists the Community Manager in any other adhoc tasks

Qualifications & Experience

a. With at least a Diploma, preferably in Hospitality in Business
b. Minimum 3 years' prior experience in a multinational hotel or hospitality environment
c. Excellent written and verbal communication skills b. Strong stakeholder engagement d. Able to respond and resolve issues at hand d. Proactive approach in service provision e. Well-groomed and self-confident
