At JLL, we put focus on client needs and we want you to do the same. Being part of the dedicated account team, you will support our hospitality themed philosophy and vision, around comparing and delivering customer centric designed experiences based on leading hospitality environments. Keep the employees of the Client Account continuously happy and productive in their workplace environment.

Provide outstanding client service by leading, monitoring and continuously standardise and improve practices in Employee Experience service lines of the Client throughout the South Asia sub-region as well as build strong & sustainable relationship within client\xe2\x80\x99s organization. In your role, you will be based in Singapore and report to APJ Regional Operations Head and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Employee Engagement \xe2\x80\x93 Communication (newsletters, emails, face-to-face) & Feedback (survey, profiles & preferences) to and from the Client account Employees about our facility management services and team
  • Dining & Catering management \xe2\x80\x93 the management of all food and beverage at the sites including, vending and pantry management
  • Meeting Room Management \xe2\x80\x93 The management of rooms and spaces where the employees can gather as groups of 2 or more people
  • Event Management \xe2\x80\x93 the management of all events at the site, whether including offsite employees, visitors and/or VIPs
  • Single point of contact for the Sub-region for global programs like mailroom, print room, Poster program and records management
  • Handling overall soft and office services for the region

Drive the \xe2\x80\x98customer centric behaviours continuously through the whole one team, including training programs, workshops and initiatives.

Ensure that the team are communicating across the service lines, account teams, and receiving feedback from their peers and partners \xe2\x80\x93 driving cross-training and shadowing initiatives internally and externally.

An IFM Operations pro

Do you have a degree in Hospitality, FM or business management and at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in hospitality, facilities, property management, or customer experience across countries across Asia Pacific? You will bring in ideas that continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction which benefitting both client and us

An excellent communicator

You\xe2\x80\x99ll face a wide range of clients and senior management, so superior oral and written communication skills are essential. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have proven track record of managing and resolving conflicts between client and firm requirements. You will be an expert in creating visibility around the achievements delivered on the ground & continue build up positive momentum within client and your team

You\xe2\x80\x99ll demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement.
