Responsible for the health, safety and environmental control, and assisting the Head, of Safety to update the Safety Management System Manual and to ensure that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions To ensure that all assessments as required by legislation are conducted and reviewed at relevant intervals and to maintain records of the same. To review daily health, safety and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with the Contractor for closure. To review the investigations of all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms. To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance. Requirements Must have At least 3 Years Experience Construction Industry Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM Must be a registered Environment Control officer and ECMO Completed the Develop Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent Strong knowledge of documentation works Good communication skills and team player
