Job Summary:

• Salary up to $7,500
• AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce safety policies to meet regulatory and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with WSH laws through regular audits and inspections.
• Work with regulatory bodies (e.g., Ministry of Manpower) to maintain safety compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement safety measures.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure safe practices on projects.
• Lead investigations of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and hold regular safety talks and drills.
• Foster a safety-focused culture and encourage employee responsibility for safety.
• Continuously improve safety practices by analyzing data and trends.
• Create and update emergency response plans, including fire safety and evacuation.

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in workplace safety and health, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications, such as Fire Safety Manager or ISO Lead Auditor, are a plus.
