Oversee workshop operations for all vehicles, including maintenance support for fleet customers.
Responsible for managing daily aftersales processes, including CRM, workshop job allocation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, software, equipment, and manpower reporting to meet operational requirements.
Foster a harmonious working environment for employees and promote a culture of health and safety within the business.
Gather and review customer feedback, following up to ensure satisfaction.
Keep service schedules for workshop facilities and equipment up to date.
Monitor and ensure timely vehicle deliveries to customers.
Track and manage all warranty claims submissions and payments to distributors.
Oversee staff performance and career development plans.
Provide technical support to distributors and fleet customers.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or its equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
