Job Description

- Position Title: Workshop Manager / Workshop Supervisor

- Working Hours: 5.5 working days
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Lead a team of machinery Mechanics to ensure all equipment, machinery repairs and maintenance activities can performed within the stipulated turnaround time.
- Manage workshop operations and ensure Key Performance indicators (KPI) are met.
- To manage fleet of machines, and equipment, to schedule preventive maintenance and to attend to repairs and to train and lead mechanics for in-house repairs and servicing.
- Ensure monthly reports are submitted timely to Management.
- Ensure the workshop department is kept abreast of the latest procedural and technical developments.
- Inventory and parts management.
- Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in managing rental equipment and Machinery workshop operations.
- Knowledge and experience in Risk and Quality Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership of a class 3 driving license is required.
