JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and lead the safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of Company's safety management system at sites Assist Workplace Safety & Health Officer in accident investigations and analysis, conduct tool box meetings, perform daily site inspection and recommend corrective actions, etc. Conduct safety inspections to ensure site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements, ensuring all workers comply with MOM requirements Preparation of monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessment, Method statement, permit to work statistics Conduct in-house safety orientation for all new joiners to the site, and also conduct daily tool box meeting Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times To identify safety hazards on site Work closely with safety officer and safety personnel to ensure safety compliance are met Respond to WSH incidents by identifying causes and recommend corrective measures. Co-ordinate closely with site operation teams on all safety, health, environmental and security issues Experienced in dealing with MOM and NEA Experienced in preparing RA and SWP

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least O-levels and above Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Familiar with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Possess relevant Certificates (e.g. Advanced Certificate in WSH Safety Coordinators Training Course) * Team oriented, attentive to details and organized
