About the Role

We are seeking a proactive

WSH Coordinator

to join our team, focusing on

HDB Build-To-Order (BTO) residential projects

. You will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations, and supporting the project teams in maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards on HDB BTO projects. Develop and deliver safety training programs tailored for construction teams. Maintain detailed records of all safety incidents, near misses, and investigations. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure compliance with all relevant WSH regulations and HDB safety requirements. Provide guidance and support to site teams on safety best practices. Prepare and submit safety performance reports to management. Continuously review and improve the company's safety management systems.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a WSH Coordinator or in a similar safety-focused role, preferably in residential or HDB projects. Solid understanding of workplace safety and health regulations, including HDB site safety requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate safety risks. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in safety management software and data analysis tools. Relevant WSH certificates or diplomas will be an advantage.
