Job Description

1)

a) Assisting in the managing of our clients' WSH/ISO documentation and other WSH/ISO initiatives in order to comply to Singapore WSH Act and other applicable legal requirements.

2) Job Attributes

a) MUST have a mature mentality and able to manage multiple clients' requirements.


b) MUST be able to work in multiple locations in Singapore.


c) MUST have positive attitude and conduct himself/herself well as a WSH Coordinator.


d) Pleasant personality and be able to work well with clients and fellow colleagues in the organisation.

3) Required Qualification:

a) MUST have completed WSQ ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN WSH (LEVEL B) or equivalent qualifications recognised by Ministry of Manpower.


b) Preferably with Fire Safety Manager certification, though not a must.


c) Candidates with other qualifications such as Noise Control Officer, Confined Space Assessor, Hot Work Assessor etc will be advantageous.

4) Required Working Experience

a) MUST be familiar with maintaining Safety Health Management System(SHMS), ISO45001 system or other relevant safety systems.


b) Preferably have at least 1-2 years previous work experience working as a coordinator handling multiple clients' sites, though not a must.


c) Preferably with own transport, though not a must.
