- Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements
- Standardization of company safety policies among sites
- Assist the employer to identify and assess any foreseeable hazard arising from work activities, recommending reasonably practical measures to eliminate and reduce risk to a safe minimum level
- Plan, implements, monitor and maintain appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
- Enforces and overall in charge of all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
- Conducts safety meetings, audits and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments
- Compiles all relevant reports and records and carry out safety inspection Liaise with MOM on all safety issues
- Liaise with appointed auditors on the QSHE Management System Preparation of Site Environmental Control Programme
- Design and lead training to educate staff on Health & Safety Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSH issues Ad-hoc duties or assignment as instructed by the Management
- Relevant experiences in Construction field
- At least Degree in Construction or its equivalent
