Develop safety plans and measures to ensure projects are carried out with safety
Inspect construction site and promote/caltivate safe practice
Conduct safety surveys and give recommendation to management for improvement
Establish and communicate Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) deliverables
Conduct risk analysis and EHS assessment
Lead a group of safety personnel at site and conduct briefing/training
Organize emergency evacuation drills, confined space rescue drills at site
Keep record of relevant document and submit to clients / government bodies
Lead and conduct monthly safety meeting
Lead the ISO14K, ISO45K internal audit and liaise with certification organization for certificate renewal
Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements
Act as WSHO or Safety Officer for projects undertaken as needed
Ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Requirement:

Diploma/Degree in any Engineering field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in EHS related role.
Working experience in Construction industry is preferred.
Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer
Possess good communication, presentation and Microsoft office skills
Posses good problem solving skills
Have the initiative to learn latest updates
Certified confine space assesor
Certified work at high assessor
Certified ISO45001 internal auditor
