Job Description

:

• In charge of all general site safety in order to achieve smooth project progress.
• Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations.
• Conducts regular site checks and takes appropriate corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure that projects are in compliance with Singapore Statutory Board requirements for Health and Safety at all times.
• Compiles all relevant reports and records and carries out a daily safety inspection.
• Ensure accident frequency rate and accident severity rate are below the industry average.
• Achieve zero safety demerit points from the Ministry of Manpower and other agencies.
• Accountable for investigating and analyzing the cause of any incident, accident, dangerous occurrence and/or occupational disease within the workplace and proposing ideas to resolve.
• Actively conduct risk assessments at the project site and recommend measures to minimize and eliminate any potential of risks.
• Conduct training for all workers, staff, and site personnel.
• Provide documentation for clients to comply with WSH requirements.
• Work closely with other departments and various project managers to maintain a high level of safety at the sites at all times.
• Execute other assigned tasks as delegated by superiors

• Minimum with at least 3 to 5 years of related experience in Construction Industry.
• Possess good knowledge of safety and health regulations.
• Registered WSHO with the Ministry of Manpower will be preferred.
• Good team player.
