About our client:

Our client is a leading Construction and Civil Engineering company supporting the Oil & Gas and Chemical Processing Industry.

About the role:

Ensure all operations are conducted safely in line with Goal Zero, complying with site HSE standards and COMPANY's HSSE procedures across Bukom and Jurong Island. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and training to ensure compliance by all personnel, including staff, subcontractors, and vendors. Support the HSSE Lead in HSE performance reviews, client reporting, service reviews, and contract SCOPE performance. Advise on technical HSSE matters and consult with the HSSE Lead, Real Estate team, or Head of Real Estate when necessary. Manage compliance including standard operating procedures, purchasing, and statutory health and safety requirements. Comply with all company and client policies, site rules, and statutory regulations relating to health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance documentation. Ensure proper HSSE documentation and adherence to all contract and regulatory requirements.

About you:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental/Engineering discipline, or related field. 3-6 years of HSSE experience in industrial/oil & gas/chemical environments. Registered WSHO (MOM) is mandatory, NEBOSH/ISO 45001 certifications are advantageous. Knowledge of Singapore safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, method statements, incident investigations, and HSSE documentation. Detail-oriented, proactive, good communication, team-oriented, and able to enforce compliance on-site effectively. Willingness to work on Bukom/Jurong Island sites; safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
