We are looking for someone passionate in advertising, with a strong curiosity, who loves numbers, to join our yield management team to help monetize our digital assets. Your focus will be on Lifestyle & Entertainment, Chinese, Social and YouTube Strategy & Commercial.

Responsibilities :

• Monetize key seasonal events (Christmas/CNY/National Day/11.11) and tent-poles IP (Star Awards)
• Analyze our entire inventory (volume/pricing/formats/content) and craft tactical packages to optimize monetization
• Participate & plan the digital portion of integrated packages for new sponsorship
• Work closely with Business Unit Owner & Ad Tech to identify opportunities on existing & new products
• Review pricing of our assets on a regular basis
• Drive pricing for social platforms, including social commerce, livestreaming, social tribes
• Drive pricing/ solutioning for YouTube
• Drive our digital audio business (meLISTEN) Operations
• Help with project management on the key/tentpole projects, outline deliverables and consolidate info needed to ensure right and successful execution
• Establish processes for new products/services (Finance/Business Units / Ad Ops)
• Help to ring-fence the social platform do\'s and don\'t\'s Evangelize
• Create case studies and train salespeople on digital audio
• Create case studies on Social & YouTube partner network

Requirements :

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
• Diplomacy skills and an ability to engage with a wide range of key internal and external stakeholders
• Highly collaborative
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
