As a writer on the young audience team, you will get a front-row seat to BT's up and coming initiatives to reach the Gen Zers and millennials. You will craft sharp pieces on work, life and money across various digital platforms including social media and newsletters, and help contextualise business and financial topics that matter to young Singaporeans. Key responsibilities: Craft stories across social media posts, newsletters and other assets under BT's young audience initiative Produce and adapt long-form articles to bite-sized pieces for social media Distil complex financial concepts and language into content that is easily understood Pitch creative and fresh story ideas at editorial meetings Stay up to date with the latest financial news and things that matter to young audiences Contribute to content strategy across multiple platforms Requirements: A bachelor's degree or equivalent Excellent writing and analytical skills Good grasp of economics, business and finance topics Interest in financial markets and business trends Strong editorial judgement to bring stories that resonate with the Gen Zers At least 1-2 years experience in writing and/or content creation Ability to follow strict deadlines and fact-check information Familiar with tone and voice of different social media platforms Familiar with newsletter development trends in the media industry Experience with analytics and media business metrics is a plus
