职务内容

• Manage operational and administrative functions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
• Provide administrative and logistical support for centre programs and events
• Collate feedback and review programs to ensure quality of program is maintained
• Liaise with Procurement and Finance executive on billing and other financial related matters
• Seek best solutions to improve programs and operations workflow procedures
• Brainstorm, plan, manage and execute youth wellness related programs and events
• Coordinate internal resources and partners/vendors for the flawless execution of projects/events
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Apply, manage and track project funding
• Create, maintain an archive project documentation

• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities

• Attention to details, ability to prioritise and multi-tasking
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and in a team
• A good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Strong youth engagement skills
• In-depth knowledge on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Develop and manage content across various centre social media channels
• Stay abreast with latest trend on youth mental wellness and youth development
• Demonstrate emotional maturity and genuine passion to work with youth to bring transformation in their lives
• Flexible and willing to work on weekend
• Diploma or degree in social services, counseling, or related discipline
• At least 2+ years of experience in Project management or in a similar position
• Experience in working with youth and/or children
