You will need to bring in new users and ensure that users who sign-up extract the maximum value from our platform, the tools on it, and the ZilLearn online community of knowledge experts, teachers, and learners. In doing so, our users become our most happy and loyal customers and ultimately, be our brand advocates. You'll have a deep understanding of the life stages of our users and provide them more information and motivation to take the journey through the ZilLearn ecosystem through in-platform/in-app messaging, email, push notifications, and other channels. This role is for someone who's comfortable operating quickly, working autonomously, and not afraid to get "into the thick of things." It's for the person who can switch effortlessly between creating a strategy to performing rigorous analysis of data to executing campaigns. What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for designing, planning, and executing digital communication programs that attract new users and influence customer engagement across multiple channels and touchpoints throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy and implementation plan to drive activation of new, occasional, and lapsed users (creators & learners).
  • Strategize and plan an "acquire, engage & delight" campaign calendar - leverage data, user insights, and an experimentation mindset to move users from signup, familiarizing them to our key features, activation, learner engagement, course finding, and subscribing, to referral, etc.
  • Create content that resonates with our users and amplify our brand, product, and mission. They should be astute, compelling, on-brand, on-tone, channel-specific, and relevant to our core messages and target audiences. These can also include ad hoc campaigns such as surveys, etc.
  • Manage all communication to ZilLearn users (creators & learners) on topics related to platform updates, platform education, activation, reactivation, retention, and advocacy.
  • Define and track KPIs and OKRs.
  • Optimize conversion funnel.
  • Constantly test (A/B test) and optimize communications to increase engagement KPIs.
  • Track and measure key performance metrics (e.g. open rate, click-through rate, sign-ups per installs, DAU, MAU) to improve the efficiency of campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports and presentations to aid decision making by the leadership team.
What You Need To Bring To The Role
  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years of driving lifecycle marketing, CRM, or engagement marketing programs through the various digital channels, email, push notifications, SMS, and/or in-app marketing.
  • Highly technical and data-driven marketer; SQL experience required.
  • Strategic and analytical problem-solver, grounded in user insights.
  • Experience in developing and executing A/B tests.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong project skills, driving insight to ideation to execution.
  • Prior consumer technology, edtech, or e-commerce marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in Mixpanel and Active Campaign is preferred.
  • BSc/BA required.
