Job Description

Summary: Singapore Sports Hub is seeking a Human Resource Executive/Senior Executive on contract basis. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the HR Team and will work closely with team members to provide full spectrum of HR support as well business partnering to functional departments. They will also be expected to undertake various HR projects throughout the course of employment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as Business partner to functional department and project teams by providing full spectrum of HR support including talent acquisition, on-boarding, staff conduct & appraisals and benefits administration

• Administer staff training plans, including planning, course application, budget utilisation, course selection, post training course evaluation, documentation, and application for training grant funding programs

• Support staff engagement initiatives and welfare activities

• Coordinate on-boarding, off-boarding and recruitment of interns

• Co-ordinate on boarding and exit matters, such as systems and pass applications

• All related and/or ad-hoc administrative tasks such as preparation of contracts, maintenance of staff records and reports

• Other responsibilities as and when assigned
  

• Degree/diploma/certificate in Human Resource Management

• A minimum of 2 years of HR working experience

• Strong MS office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Attention to detail and meticulous; able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with team members at all levels

• Excellent spoken English

• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR market trends
