Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support for the department.
- To support the recruitment team in all HR matters.
- Support with interview facilitation, including room booking, calling of candidates for interview arrangements and documents verification.
- Provides tech support to the recruitment team for offsite / outreach interview events as and when necessary.
- Assist with recruitment collaterals.
- Manage the internal and external mails.
- Attend to walk-ins and general enquiries.
- Be the PIC to take photos for new / existing staff and assists in the making of staff pass.
- Support with p-filing and help in the upkeep of HR compactor room.
- Send wreaths and get well hampers to staff as and when needed.
- Support with contract renewal documentation and system update.
- Manage corporate passes issuance.
- Support in uniform ordering and issuance for new hires.
- Data Entry
- Assist in new staff creation in HRIS.
- Assist in verifying and updating of staff particulars, including data entry for awards and committee appointments.
- Be involved in process improvement projects.
- Provide secretariat support to take minutes of meetings, as and when necessary.
- Undertakes assignments as and when required.
- Minimally GCE O Levels/ITE
- Able to start work on short notice
