About the Team Media & Publicity Department Strengthen CPFB\'s reputation, sustain Singaporean\'s trust in CPFB schemes and systems, and influence behavioural change in members. Inform, educate and help Singaporeans understand the benefits and options they have with CPF through campaigns and mainstream, social and digital media so that they can make the best use of their savings to build a strong foundation for their retirement.What you will be working on:As a Digital & Performance Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting CPF Board\'s email marketing and performance marketing efforts. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders and vendors to create and deploy electronic direct mailers (eDMs) and advertisements to our members and employers. Your key responsibilities include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Email Marketing: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. Familiarity with email marketing products such as Adobe Campaign Standard is a bonus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Graphic Design and Copywriting: Create visually appealing and engaging eDMs and advertisements. Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is a bonus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Data Analysis: Help with data analysis to evaluate the performance of eDM campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 EDM Calendar Management: Assist in maintaining the eDM calendar, ensuring timely delivery of eDMs and advertisements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Asset Management: Manage eDM assets and resources for efficient campaign execution.
