In this role, You will, Monitor if SportSG's policies and procedures are reviewed timely and follow up with respective owners if needed. Perform compliance testing to identify gaps and follow up with owners for timely closure of remediation actions. Collate KRI data from respective owners within ACE and prepare reporting for management purposes. Contribute in cross-team projects relating to business process improvements. Review and assess audit findings to recommend if improvements need to be made at a corporate level. Follow up on action plans to address audit findings so that root causes are adequately addressed. Provide risk perspective for ad hoc queries from Business Groups. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service provider to schedule and plan for audits of sport charities. Monitor service provider's performance to ensure timely and quality completion of audit reports and other deliverables. Perform other contract administration activities to ensure terms of contract with service provider are being adhered to. Assist team member in the review and processing of applications relating to sport charity registration, renewal of IPC status and etc. Implement initiatives to promote good governance practices within SportSG and sport charities. Any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following; Background in Business or Accountancy, ACCA qualification or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant working experience with audit and project management experience. Good knowledge of internal controls Proficient in reviewing processes to identify non-compliances, unacceptable risk exposures and/or inefficiencies Experience in dealing with people of various levels Proficient in Microsoft office applications (e.g. excel) and IT savvy with using different systems. Familiarity in Business Systems (e.g., Workday, Share Point, Tableau, Micro Strategy) would be advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independent and resourceful.
