The Talent Acquisition - Senior Manager oversees the successful implementation and operations of Trust Solutions (Assurance & Tax) Talent Acquisition under the Talent Academy - a functional group that will drive a dedicated and integrated program for the continuous large scale recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and retention of highly skilled talent required for the delivery of quality output to our clients. The success of the Talent Academy is a strategic priority of the Center now and for the next 3-5 years.
In coordination with the Senior Talent Acquisition Leader and the Talent Academy Program Leader, the Talent Acquisition - Senior Manager will design and implement recruiting strategies, monitor recruitment procedures from sourcing to hiring, manage a team of recruiters and identify high-potential Assurance and Tax candidates, and build a strong employer brand to grow our teams w ith qualified employees to achieve business goals.
Working with the Senior Talent Acquisition Leader and the Talent Academy Program Leader :
1. Hire for current positions
Making it easier for new Trust Solutions (Assurance & Tax) hires to succeed while decreasing the time and energy it takes to find them. The Talent Acquisition - Senior Manager will lead the Trust Solutions (Assurance & Tax) talent acquisition team in hiring initiatives.
2. Build a pipeline for future positions
Building the pipeline year-round leads to more diversity in the Center’s talent pool and less time spent filling open positions. Proactive pool-building and coordinating/organizing recruitment events and networking with potential candidates are critical for the Center with episodic hiring needs (e.g., many canvassers needed for a short-term campaign).
3. Enhance new hire onboarding experience
Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Leader and Talent Academy Program Leader in setting up the framework and processes to ensure every new Trust Solutions (Assurance & Tax) hire has a high-quality onboarding experience.
