The Technical Training Lead will be required to understand the suite of services offered by our Delivery Teams (General Assurance, Specialised Services and Alternative Delivery Model (“ADM”) Team). Aside from being the main point of contact to the various LOS, the Technical Training Lead will also focus on facilitating certain technical training, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and assisting and identifying training needs and execution of strategies and plans of each LOS.
