KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Serve as the internal expert of our Workday ERP system, with specific competency in one specific area of expertise.
  • Management and maintenance of the configurations for this enterprise-wide system.
  • Assist in the implementation of additional Workday modules driven by the Global HC Project teams
  • Responsible for attending all the queries, requests and issues to provide resolution in a fast and efficient manner according to Service level agreement.
  • Work with the internal department to ensure key HR processes are supported by the HRIS or modifying existing HRIS to meet changing requirements.
  • Support day-to-day HRIS operations including setup, customizations, addressing HRIS issues, managing system upgrades and other related support.
  • Manage employee 201 file, and all other employee related records

Employee Relations
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and government labor authorities to identify strategies and the best approach to address labor cases filed against the company.
  • Ensure implementation of Code of Conduct and awareness of employees on new policies and procedures in compliance with the labor laws
  • Ensure that Notice to Explain (NTE), Disciplinary Action (DA) and other memo for issuance has been reviewed by the HR Leader & Function Head prior release.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Handle, administer and assist Admin Hearing for Internal Cases
  • Creation Policies and flowcharts on Employee Relations Concerns
  • Update and closely monitor Incident Reports endorsed by Legal & Compliance
  • Collaborate with other departments, i.e. Risk & Compliance and Legal for all other Employee Related issues
  • Brings forward-looking perspective and best practices, and knowledge to shape and co-develop the employee experience
Compensation & Benefits
  • Conducts job analysis and job evaluation
  • Performs regular benchmarking of compensation data both internally and externally
  • Researches and analyzes competitive practices on employee rewards
  • Leads the salary planning exercise of the organization
  • Act as the primary point of contact and consultation for managers, as appropriate, on job offers, salary decisions, promotions, equity issues and job classification
  • Assists and reviews the development and writing of job descriptions, policies and guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with Finance on budget preparation and payroll-related transactions
Offboarding
  • Conduct Exit Interviews
  • Raise or coordinate with Ethics is issues arise pertaining to the offboarding
  • Assist the team in triggering the offboarding administrative processes
  • Assist leavers with exit clearance completion and provide guidance on the overall exit process
  • Ensures that leavers' information has been endorsed to the Payroll Team for final pay processing
Onboarding
  • Oversee and lead onboarding procedures
  • Reviews and validates new hire documentation
  • Plans and recommends onboarding timelines, in coordination with Talent Acquisition team
  • Ensures that new hire information is endorsed to the Payroll Team for payroll processing
General Functions
  • Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
  • Evaluates issues and patterns to provide proactive insights for HC solution and program design.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Partners with the HC Lead in delivering the HC agenda to support business strategies.
  • Partner with the employees and the leaders across all LoS to understand how to “Go global but act local”
  • Preparation and submission of necessary reports in a timely manner, as needed by the management.
  • Provide support to a variety of HR activities across various HR functions such as benefits support and administration, compensation administration, performance management administration, learning administration, and so on (as needed on full time or project basis, with an opportunity to rotate across multiple HR domains)
