Job Description


:

  • Assist director, with utmost confidentiality, in all HR-related matters such as maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring employees receive adequate support
  • Set up interviews and correspond with prospective employees in a timely manner
  • Communicate with engineers, accountant, auditor, recruiters and other external parties
  • Prepare purchase orders, quotations, invoices, etc
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word / Excel / Power point
