Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accurate and timely data entry information into the accounting system
  • Assist in reconciliation of accounts and bank account
  • Maintain full set of accounts, financial records and statements
  • Perform month-end or year-end closing entries
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules
  • Contact client about transactions and invoices
  • Handling queries related to accounts
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirement:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, proactive and loves working with numbers
  • A good team player with initiatives
  • Deadline driven
