Job Description

Our client is a Global Transportation Logistics industry, which providing various logistics platforms for different industries and companies across global. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Account Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Job Responsibilities for Account Manager:

• Responsible for managing and enhancing the growth potential of designated Key Accounts.
• Establish and maintain relationship with a specific number of MNC/local customers and prospects within targeted sectors.
• Contribute directly to Key Accounts Team budget by maintaining a strong pipeline, securing high customer renewal rates, and increasing market share as per Sales Management targets.
• Develop comprehensive plans to foster customer development and pursue opportunities and strategic initiatives on a local, regional, and global scale.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Research and organize relevant customer information for various processes and preparing implementation documents
• Maintain consistent communication with company\xe2\x80\x99s sponsors and ensure alignment with defined key performance indicators and targets will be crucial.
• Ensure effective follow-up on leads, enquiries, tenders, and information requests as well as prompt responses to internal stakeholders.
• Proactive management of account issues and continuous improvement to enhance service levels will be expected.
• Assist in pricing requests and sales support, both for own commercial activities and when supporting the wider team.
• Work with the designated CRM tool, Atmosphere
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
