For more information, visit www.m1.com.sg The Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for selling telecommunications and network connectivity services while creating and managing the relationships with strategic Carrier/OTT/Large Enterprise business accounts. We are seeking candidates who are proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer relationship skills is critical, as is the ability to exercise good judgment, be self-motivated and work both independently and as part of a team. Job Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Provide one-stop experience to Carrier/OTT/Large Enterprise customers regarding all M1 services.
\xc2\xb7 Market M1 core suite of domestic and international resell services to these customers.
\xc2\xb7 Identify new revenue stream with our carrier customers to ensure continued growth.
\xc2\xb7 Work with among others, Pre-Sales, Product and Marketing teams to propose cost-effective customized solution to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
\xc2\xb7 Identify and break through new market.
\xc2\xb7 Identify any reciprocal or return business between each other to ensure sustained growth.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all customers\xe2\x80\x99 pre-sales and post-sales enquiries and works orders, commercial documents, dealings with customers are promptly attended to and documented.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with customers on invoices payment.
\xc2\xb7 Effectively uses data and business intelligence resources to drive sales.
\xc2\xb7 Find creative ways to solve problems and exceed customer expectations.
\xc2\xb7 Manages client accounts through onboarding, upselling, and partnership projects.


Job Requirements:


\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree from a recognised university
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in telecom sales in the Wholesale channels, with working knowledge of Carrier Ethernet, optical waves and broadband services
\xc2\xb7 Ability to demonstrate business to business telecom sales record at a high level of achievement
\xc2\xb7 Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
\xc2\xb7 Experience developing and maintaining business, sales, and account plans as well as negotiating & closing complex deals
\xc2\xb7 Experience selling and managing accounts that have C-Level interaction where cultivating larger, strategic relationships key
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
\xc2\xb7 Excellent reporting and forecasting skills
\xc2\xb7 Excellent customer relationship skills
