We are looking for an Account Representative, Inside Sales SEA to be based in our Taguig, Philippines office.
He/She will be responsible for inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound demand generation to support pipeline development and business growth for SEA.
Responsibilities:
Qualify inbound/warm leads from the different streams (Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Care, RSS, etc) according to the defined qualification methodology, criteria’s and SLA.
Properly handoff in accordance with the rules of engagement.
Promote marketing campaigns and events to ensure high level of engagement.
Capture all relevant activities, customer interactions in DCRM
Perform proactive outbound activities to meet the target for sourced funnel and qualify/convert accepted leads
Keep and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
Monthly reporting to the key sales and marketing stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, business, sales or engineering discipline.
Minimum 2+ years sales or marketing experience in B2B technology or software industry preferred.
Experience with sales/marketing automation systems and analytics tools like Eloqua, Power Bi, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach, Xant, Sales Loft, etc) is a plus.
Experience with CRM and advanced excel skills (Dynamics CRM a plus).
Ability to effectively communicate and execute sales strategies using digital/social media platforms.
