Job Description

• Liaison between the clientele and the agency, build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
• Promote agency\'s strengths and capabilities while ensuring client\'s best interests are met
• Perform thorough understanding of clients\' requirements (business objectives, brand identity, and project requirements) and provide exemplary agent service by translating their needs into actionable briefs for the internal creative and account management teams
• Present creative concepts, proposals, and project updates to clients, soliciting feedback and managing revisions to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and finance, to oversee the execution of projects.
• Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients
• Prepare and present project performance reports and post-mortem analyses to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the market, leveraging insights to provide strategic guidance and value-added services to clients.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Marketing Communications, Business, Events or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years in account management, client services, or project management, preferably within the creative agency or marketing industry
• Knowledge in campaign management and advertising in media platforms and ATL production and event management is advantageous
