lead a team of accounting staff and oversee their daily operations (AP, AR, AA, GL)
handle corporate income tax, GST returns and any other tax-related matters as well as ensure timely and accurate submission of quarterly financial reports
in charge of cash flow management and forecast
supervise the Letter of Credit and Document against Acceptance process
liaise with auditors on audit and reporting matters and ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations
Other responsibilities include the execution of and continuous improvement to operational Accounting policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Year-end procedure, audit, coordination of legal affairs, tax, GST, insurance, cash flow, bank, payroll, and overall accounting
Coordinates all accounting systems activities under consideration of the strategies and goals. Selects and develops personnel. Reviews performance and determines appropriate recognition
Communicates with and support Manager-Controlling on issues pertaining controlling, financing and accounting
Responsible for Year-end and quarterly reporting through common reporting structures and formats
Responsible for the execution of financial policies and procedures (in coordination with HQ) and in seeing that they is carried out
Responsible for tasks or projects that are assigned by Head of Finance from time to time
Requirements:
CPA with a degree in Accountancy or its equivalent qualification
About 8 yrs relevant working experience with 3 yrs managing people experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and currently in a managerial position
Good knowledge and understanding of local accounting standards, with experience in SAP and income tax matters
