Job Responsibilities:

Handle full sets of accounts, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bookkeeping and data entry.
Deliver timely, accurate, and quality financial reports and information to management, including cash flow, forecasts, and budgets.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and prepare Statements of Account.
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist in filing corporate tax, GST returns, and other relevant taxes.
Assist in corporate secretarial matters, including Annual Returns (AR) and Annual General Meetings (AGM).
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, vendors and banks.
Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field.
Experience in construction is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently.
Highly motivated, with a good working attitude, high level of professionalism, and integrity.
Good team player, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
