Job Summary:

• Salary range: Up S$6000
• Working hours: 5days, 9am -6:30pm
• Working locations: Kallang

Job Responsibilities:

• Interprets, implements and maintains general ledger and account payable accounting system and procedures:
• reviews and interprets financial reporting and account payable requirements, policies, rules and regulations
• ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements, account payable subledgers; through establish review and reconciliation procedures
• ensures timely (i) submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly financials, (ii) processing of account payables, through established procedures and checklist
• supervises and assists, if needed, AP Specialist in the daily processing of suppliers\' invoices
• supports in internal/external audit.
• Experience in Oracle and Hyperion systems
