JOB SCOPE: Coordination with the different departments for the gathering, verification and validation of the assumptions and inputs for the preparation of the detailed farm budgets & P&L forecasts Coordination for the preparation of the annual Farm Budgets and P&L forecasts & analysis Provision of control & analysis on the farm spending through implementation of effective internal controls in coordination & alignment with established manpower efficiencies, material yields and manpower ratio per activity. Consistent implementation and facilitation of the weekly & periodic farm cost analysis of the actual performance vs. approved budgets Conduct analysis & provide strategic recommendations on farm capital expenditures & other key farm investments & expansions -conduct of the Cost Benefit Analysis. Support and participation during the scheduled Farm WIG sessions and Planning Provides 100% support to operation team in administrative function, human resource, materials planning storage and inventory protocols of the farmMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Implementation of the controls and analysis on the farm labor & materials & overhead cost management through implementation of effective internal controls in coordination & alignment with established manpower efficiencies, material yields and manpower ratio per activity per manpower on banana operation Budget monitoring & approval of PR's, MRF's, RFP's & JSR based on signed budget Verify, check and endorse billings including payroll from outsourced service providers & contractors for approval of Farm Manager and payment processing by accounting Oversee overall encoding on SAP goods issuance and goods receipts transaction Oversee monitoring and verification of the warehousing operations and protocols Participation to year-end and quarterly audit with SGV and AMA auditor Conduct of the random warehouse (farm and parcela) audits and inventory count Checking of inventory of inventory reports prepared by warehouse Preparation & facilitation of the weekly farm cost management review with the operations team Weekly labor & material cost analysis Weekly Farm Cost analysis Periodic farm variance analysis - actual cost per books vs. most probable vs. budget Monitoring of local sales of the farm : fruits rejects, materials and other scraps and fruits sold to local buyers Conduct 1:1 dialogue with the team and facilitate the conduct of the quarterly performance appraisal of the team in reference to the established WWPA Oversee overall talent acquisition process including sourcing, hiring, training, on-boarding and compensation and benefits of new hired applicants and resignation of employees Carry out investigation and administrative hearing base on disciplinary action process Preparation of farm payroll for direct-hired team members and endorsement of the same for checking to Accounting Manager and Farm Manager Preparation and reporting of monthly government statutory complianceOversee overall implementation of GGAP compliances and submission of government-related reports Ensure timely preparation of requests relating to welfare of team members such as meal allowances and community support Coordination with LGU per other matters relating to community welfare, complaints and support needed Conduct of coordinative meetings with operations team, third party contractors and suppliers and LGU.
