Job Description

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Assistant

to support our finance team. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles and enjoy managing financial transactions while handling administrative tasks, we'd love to hear from you!





Responsibilities:



? Process payments, purchase orders, invoicing, and track outstanding accounts


? Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients


? Arrange logistics and maintain accurate financial records


? Provide general office support and assist in daily operations


? Ensure timely documentation and compliance


? Other duties as assigned by the supervisor





Requirements:



Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in an accounting or finance role Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) Ability to multitask and work independently Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills
