Key Responsibilities:
? Handle
accounts receivables/payables, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
? Assist in
progress claims, variation orders, and project cost tracking
? Prepare
GST submissions, CPF calculations, and payroll processing
? Maintain
accurate financial records
and assist with
monthly closing
? Support
procurement, supplier management, and inventory tracking
? Ensure
proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and safety records
? Liaise with
subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies
? Handle
general office administration
and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in construction or related industries
preferred
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero)
Knowledge of
BCA guidelines, MOM regulations, and industry-related compliance
is a plus
Strong attention to detail,
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
