Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain project documentation, track progress, and update project schedules. Consolidate and prepare project progress and monitoring reports. Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable. Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., sales summaries, aging report, creditors report etc.). Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks as assigned by management to support overall business operations.

Requirements:



Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative and accounts roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
