As the Account and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
  • Coordinating with external accountants to ensure accurate tax filings and compliance
  • Managing employee payroll and benefits administration
  • Managing contracts and agreements with vendors and clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Supporting the CFO in the development and implementation of finance processes
  • Streamlining administrative processes to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus
