As the Account and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
Coordinating with external accountants to ensure accurate tax filings and compliance
Managing employee payroll and benefits administration
Managing contracts and agreements with vendors and clients
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Supporting the CFO in the development and implementation of finance processes
Streamlining administrative processes to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and reporting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus
