Accounts Assistant Manager (Finance)

Working Location : Chinatown

Roles & Responsibilities

:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Preparing monthly financial statements
  • Maintenance of cash book records and the reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Recording and reconciliation of supplier invoices and payments on accounting software
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Preparation of accruals and prepayments for month end
  • Fixed Asset register maintenance
  • Preparation of GST returns
  • Preparation of audit schedules and reports
  • Any ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent, Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting work experience
  • Knowledge of XERO accounting software
  • Mature and independent with good work attitude
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
