Job Description

:

• Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices.
• Assist in the compilation of complete sets of accounts.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly financial reports, submitting them promptly.
• Generate audit schedules, maintain a fixed assets register, and compile management reports for audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and statutory requirements.
• Provide additional administrative support and carry out assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Studies.
• Have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP software is advantageous.
• Meticulous and organized, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
