Job Description


We are looking for dynamic individuals with accounts and human resource experience to manage a portfolio of Client Accounts by providing dedicated support to the clients.

The role will cover two key areas: A. Accounting and Finance B. Human Resource and Payroll

GENERAL WORK SCOPE

A. Accounting and Finance Function

  • Responsible and overseeing all the accounting and finance matters, ensuring timely preparation and submission of management and statutory reports.
  • Review full sets of accounts and management report using Xero (monthly, quarterly, and yearly clients from various industries).
  • Review monthly Gross Turnover (GTO) submission to landlords.
  • Review Goods and Services Tax (GST) report, including F5 and F7.
  • Review and submit routine government surveys.
  • Preparation of Unaudited Financial Statements (single and consolidated).
  • Preparation of Tax Computation and submission of Estimate Chargeable Income and Corporate Tax for accounts with tax agent appointed.
  • Liaise with internal & external auditors for all audit, bankers, tax agent and other professional advisor for all financial related matters.
B. Human Resource and Payroll Function
  • Manage all HR related matters and ensure that HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Timely execution of payroll, CPF contributions and tax matters in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that employee records, staff insurance policies, leave records, and records with relevant government departments are up-to-date.
  • Ensure course grants, government paid leaves are submitted.
  • Review and submit employee-related surveys.
  • Handle work pass matters for foreign employees.
C. Others
  • Handle renewal of licences and legal-related matter correspondences.
  • Assist with prepare of Annual General Meeting documents and annual return filing.
  • Prepare XBRL financial statements for clients in accordance with ACRA\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
  • Budget preparation and monitoring, credit management & cash flow update.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as and when requested.

REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field required.
  • Experience in handling multiple of accounts.
  • Able to communicate effectively in a clear, concise, and professional manner, both verbal and written.
  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership with a \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude.
  • Adaptive, with positive personality to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
