Accounts receivable/payable billings and invoicing
Liaising with vendors and related counter parties
Processing purchase requisition in MEO system
Checking of sales invoices and recording of transactions
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Assist during stock take & Fixed Asset sighting
Assisting during year-end audit such as liaising with auditors and providing required information
Assisting both AR & AP Senior Executives with any other adhoc duties
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager
REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES
Min. Degree in Accounting/Diploma with at least 2 years\' relevant experience
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
Analytical thinker and problem solver.
Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
Meticulous with strong administrative skills
Extremely organized with a pleasant disposition
Ability to handle highly confidential information.
