Responsible for company\xe2\x80\x99s in-house accounting related work
Record receipts and payment in accounting software
Preparation of month end payment and online banking transaction
Assist in month end closing and preparation of management report
Organize and prepare for AR collection meeting
Prepare GST quarterly submission
Managing petty cash transactions
Prepare monthly sales report and compare sales variance.
Update cashflow report daily
Other ad-hoc duties related accounts matter as and when assigned
Proper documentation and filing systems
Errands to bank / post office etc.
Collaborative effort with Corporate team members to assist in office administrative work such as answering phone call, attending to guests
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in handling partial set of accounts
Additional Information:
Located in Raffles Place
Working hours: Office Hours from Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, Office hours
Up to $3500 (Depending on experience)
