Job Description

- Responsible for accounts receivable functions which include generating invoices and account statements, perform account reconciliations, maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
- Responsible for monthly closing for Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation, Gross Margin Reconciliation, Aging of Account Receivable and quarterly GST reporting in a timely manner.
- Assist in bi-annually stocktaking and yearly fixed asset sighting exercise.
- Identify AR process improvement and assist in establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.
- Prepare and work with tax agent on filing of corporate income tax return as well as queries by comptroller of income tax
- Preparation of annual audited statutory financial statements and based on IFRS standards and coordinate with external auditors
- Filing, organize database and other ad-hoc duties
- Tertiary educated in finance or accounting
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Must be a good team player, detail oriented and self-motivated
- Hands on computer knowledge of MS office and accounting software
- Knowledge in SAP will be highly value in this role
