Job Summary:

• Company background: European MNC Manufacturing field
• Working location: East
• Working days & hrs: 5 days work ; Monday to Friday ; 8 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
• Salary range: up to S$ 4800 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of duties mainly focus on Accounts Payable (AP) for Southeast Asia region - VN, TH, MY.
• Assisting on Accounts Receivable (AR) duties such as invoicing and credit note, payments, credit management and AR reporting to Finance Manager.
• Supporting on inventory control duties, annual stock take documentation and other inventory-related tasks.
• Assisting in preparation & submission of Quarterly GST Returns and tax related issues, including withholding tax & MES.
• Assisting and ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing reporting to Finance Manager.
• Assisting employees on staff claim procedures and policies.
• Relevant study in accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in SAP system
• Good knowledge in IFRS and taxation will be plus point
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
