- Preparing tax invoices
- Preparing credit notes
- Preparing debit notes
- Petty cash
- Preparing receipt / outgoing / journal voucher
- Preparing \xe2\x80\x9cgiro application form\xe2\x80\x9d from customer and vendor
- Preparing bank - remittance application form
- Preparing letter of credit application form
- Stationery & paper apportionment
- Attend to queries from \xe2\x80\x9cDepartment of Statistics\xe2\x80\x9d
- Oher ad-hoc duties
- Diploma in Accounting / Accountancy (LCC Level 3 / equivalent)
- Fresh graduates from Singapore local polytechnics in Accounting / Accountancy is welcome
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage
- Meticulous and detail-oriented are essential traits for this role
